Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • Deadline for submission of abstracts:
  • Oral presentation: October 31st, 2020
  • Poster Presentation: October 31st, 2020
  1. Abstracts must be submitted online through the abstract submission site.
  2. Summaries of new, ongoing and updated research will be acceptable for submission and presentation.
  3. Abstracts must be properly formatted and organized into the following four sections: Purpose/Objectives, Materials/Methods, Results and Conclusions.
  4. The abstract cannot contain illustrations, images or graphs.
  5. The maximum word limit, including the title and body of the abstract, is 300 words.

NOTIFICATIONS: Authors will be notified via email of the disposition of the abstract by November 30th, 2020. Acceptance of the abstract by the committee obligates the author to make presentation and pay the conference registration fee. If circumstances prevent attendance, authors must notify the meeting organizer and arrange for an alternate presenter, preferably a co-author.

Your abstracts will be required at the end of this form. A confirmation email stating the successful upload of your personal information will be sent to the email you provided.
